These barrels are made in Spain by a real barrel producer (cooperage) who also produce for the bigger distilling companies. Using thicker staves than you'll find by most internet stores, these heavier barrels are ready for long-term aging and come fully finished with food grade stain and varnish. Charred kegs work well for aging various spirits.
